2011 Changes

Points:

The points system will be changing this year.  There will be 4 ways to get points:  Tech Card(10), Show up(10), Round win(10), and Winner of the day(5).  There will be no exceptions to the following rules.

Tech Card:  10 points for each day that a tech card is turned in, regardless if you fail or pass tech.  If you request for a refund you will not get your 10 points for your tech card.  A weekend tech card will count as 2 tech cards or 20 points.  If a racer chooses to change classes mid season these tech card points will be the only transferable points to another class.

Show up:  10 points will be awarded to each racer that stages a car under its own power in the first round of elimination’s in their class.  All cars must meet the class and safety equipment requirements for the dial that they choose.  Racers must dial within the class limits of the class that they want points.

Round win:  10 points for each round that a racer wins in elimination’s.  Round win points will only be awarded to the class that the racer won the race in.

Winner:  5 points will be awarded to the racer that places 1st.  Winner points will only be awarded to the class that the racer took 1st in.
