I am emailing you to invite your track to participate in our Annual Swap Meet and Winter Classic Drag Race that is put on by North West Drag Racing Association (NWDRA).
Automotive and Hi-Performance Swap Meeting
Our annual Swap Meet is held in January, this year on Sunday, January 29th at the Clark County Fair Grounds in Vancouver, WA. You are invited to attend in person and NWDRA will provide you table space to present your track, or you can provide us with flyers / schedules, and we will lay them out on a self-serve table.
NWDRA Winter Classic Drag Race
The NWDRA Winter Classic Drag Race is scheduled this year on Sunday, April 15th at the Woodburn Dragstrip, Woodburn OR. If you would provide us with 200 copies of your 2012 race schedule we will include a copy in the driver goody bags we pass out to the attending drivers. We would need to receive your schedules no later than Wednesday, April 4th for our bag stuffing.

How do I qualify for the 2011 Finals Team?
2011 Changes
Points:
The points system will be changing this year. There will be 4 ways to get points: Tech Card(10), Show up(10), Round win(10), and Winner of the day(5). There will be no exceptions to the following rules.
Tech Card: 10 points for each day that a tech card is turned in, regardless if you fail or pass tech. If you request for a refund you will not get your 10 points for your tech card. A weekend tech card will count as 2 tech cards or 20 points. If a racer chooses to change classes mid season these tech card points will be the only transferable points to another class.
Show up: 10 points will be awarded to each racer that stages a car under its own power in the first round of elimination’s in their class. All cars must meet the class and safety equipment requirements for the dial that they choose. Racers must dial within the class limits of the class that they want points.
Round win: 10 points for each round that a racer wins in elimination’s. Round win points will only be awarded to the class that the racer won the race in.
Winner: 5
points will be awarded to the racer that places 1st. Winner points will
only be awarded to the class that the racer took 1st in.

Finals:
1. We can bring 6 Race of champions for each class to
finals
2. We can only be bringing 2 team captains to finals
3. On Saturday
at Finals there will be a $10 entry fee for the non ROC’s to compete in a cash
race. The 8 best packages from
test and tune from each class will make it into the elimination’s
rounds
4. Team Designations “D” this year will only be required on the front
lower driver side. NHRA would like your “D” inside a Circle
5. Only
sportsman are allowed to use markers to indicate Car number and Class.
6. Sports Compact has been removed
from Finals
Misc:
1. Jr. Gold crown is know a 4 race series that is in
the same format as the ET challenge series.
2. We will be required to use new
licensing forms this year.
3. There will be a new Wally race this year called
Oregon State Championship. 8/13/2011 @ Coosbay Speedway On Sunday
8/14/2011 will be National Dragster Challenge @ Coosbay Speedway.
